Support for the operator responsibility

The legal requirements and obligations on a careful perception of responsibility by owners and operators of buildings and building systems are manifold.

The IT solution Servalino operator responsibility takes over the structured documentation of regularly carried out examinations of facilities and devices and co-ordinates necessary measures.

The examiners on site can upload the results of their examinations to the portal via an online interface. In case of an examination with inventory the facility structure and location is displayed in the portal. On basis of this TGA acquisition actual overviews of the facility and inventory are available, p.r.n. with photos, which are visualizing the condition of the facility.

The results of the locally carried out examinations are assigned to the respective facilities with their test reports and further documents. By testing in regular intervals complete test overviews of the facilities are provided.

The portal offers a central document repository and various analyses to the operator. For each inspection order it is documented how many tests have been failed, which facilities have to be reviewed or shut down or which other measures have to be executed in order to fulfill the operator’s responsibilities.

The test results can be analyzed and retrieved online via the servalino portal.
