Within the refurbishment cycle especially the phases 1-3 are supported:

1: Based on building and outdoor data the identification of the structural conditions is carried out, if necessary in a dezentralized organisation. Special calculations can enhance a further quantification of the refurbishment demands. Integrated catalogues of standard procedures and prices allow the deduction of the refurbishment measurements.

2: Identified refurbishment measurements are evaluated and receive a priority. Construction oriented aspects are taken into consideration as well as utilization oriented aspects.

3: The refurbishment measurements are choosen and bundled. Financial budgets and time schedules are allocated to the bundled measurements.

4: Refurbishment measurements with a complete specification are haded over to planning offices. Here the preplanning and the contruction planning are carred out in preparation for the realization of the measurements.

The open system architecture of allows the flexible integration or third party systems, such as map-providers, directoris or customer relationship management systems. Finished measeurements are removed from the refurbishment demand list.
