Reference Project District Office Mitte

The district office Mitte uses the IT solution Servalino HABAU for the deficiency and order management at borough real estates. Since 2016, this solution is - after a four-week introductory phase - in the SaaS method (SaaS = Software as a Service) in productive use. Hereby the cooperation between the Service Unit Facility Management (SE FM) and the other district offices is supported purely web-based.

Deficiency messages are entered by the respective internal services of the offices and by the caretaker. The messages are checked in the SE FM and then distributed to the relating crafts to follow up. The responsible construction supervisors create and book the external orders according to the available financial resources and record and assign the incoming invoices.

The following tasks are supported by the IT solution:

• Maintaining and monitoring the budgets of various funding bodies and budgetary years
• Entering of messages from the borough offices with feedback to the reporting party
• Evaluating and distributing of messages to the responsible construction supervisors
• Placing and correct posting of orders and supplements to external service providers
• Recording and assigning of incoming invoices, incl. generation of invoice covers for the commercial system (ProFiskal)
