Reference Project District Office Treptow-Köpenick

The IT solution coordinates and controls the finances of the service unit facility management (SE FM) in a Berlin district, from the single order up to a whole building project. The SAAS solution (SaaS=Software as a Service) has been operating successfully since 2013.

The SE FM coordinates the building construction and the object management of the district properties with the following tasks:

• Public sector management for various financial sources and different budget years
• Construction projects and building operations from the planning up to the proof of costs
• Order management for internal and external service providers
• Invoice Management including accounting and posting

Quantity structure (approx.):

• 300 real estates are maintained in the district
• 30 employees in the SE FM are using the IT solution
• About 10.000 orders for more than 20 Mio. Euro are handled each year in the SE FM
