The module building construction allows the management of orders, supplements and calculations in the context of building measures and building projects.
The approved planning document of a building measure is recorded with its funds structured in accordance to the corresponding cost types (DIN 276 or STLB). Accounts and subaccounts are assigned to the building measure.
Costs can be supervised exactly to the date according to cost units or funds. Upcoming exceedances are indicated. Necessary transfers or measures are supported. Incoming invoices are booked proportionately in accordance to their cost group.
Throughout the course of construction all information about the building measure is available - such as assigned and available funds.
A report, based on the current data of the building measure, can be created as PDF document at any time.
