The module fault and service supports the efficient information and comunication between reporting and executing persons or organizations.

Users of property or technical plants are expecting a fault-free functioning. If something isn’t working the right way a fault is reported and a service is requested.

If such problems can’t be solved by the concierge or the company technician, a central organization unit has to be involved. In order to do so, the requested service is recorded in the module if applicable with photo material.

The organization, that is responsible for the fault and service handling, accepts the request, determines a responsible employee, answers queries with involved persons, places external orders and finally is settling the orders
