The portal allows the representation of various contracts, such as rental and leasing contracts, service contracts, energy and media contracts. The contracts are displayed in the portal with the important parameters like cancelation periods, renewal options, duration, costs and revenues. Therefore the contracts including their attachments are stored as documents in the portal.

In the portal the available contract information is linked to the respective contract object: Over a maintenance contract for example you can gain access to all facilities to which services are agreed upon. Furthermore all related contracts for a room (e.g. rental contract, cleaning contract etc.) are displayed.

Appointment transparency and course of action

Overview lists and reminders are helping you not to forget upcoming appointments. Escalation levels for upcoming appointments can be established. Concerning to the appointments possible courses of actions are shown: e. g. prolongation or cancellation. Via letters, stored in the portal, these options can be initiated, released or be transferred to the contract partner. The carried out actions are recorded in relation to the correct contract.
