This portal supports the planning, realization and billing of events. Customers have an on-line access to their reservations. Service provider co-ordinate their services over the portal.

In a clear calendar representation this portal shows all planned and fixed reservations and offers you transparency.

A new reservation can alternatively be entered through an internal service team or directly via customer input over a secure internet connection.

All tasks around the appointment management as for example the management of alternative appointment options, the change of options in firm reservations or cancelling of reservations are supported.

On the basis of the agreed event details documents like rent and service contracts are generated automatically in PDF format integrating deposited price-lists.

Until the point of billing, all by contract agreed services of an event can be adapted referring to the customer's requirements. After the end of the event these positions can be used for automated invoicing or can be transferred to an ERP system.

A seamless integration in an existing IT infrastructure is easy to realize. A secure data transfer to other IT systems, as for example SAP for the transference of calculation positions, can be established over the available web service interface.
