Visualization in floor plan and time line

The actual state of space utilization can be visualized in floorplans at any past and future date. Changes of the utilization are possible in every context - directly in the floorplan.

Relief of daily routine tasks

Daily routines like the informing of internal services about the entry, relocation and resignation of employees can be automated. Analysis, such as e.g. telephone lists or booking plans, can be generated automatically overnight and provided on-line or tranferred to another IT system.

Source-based accounting of costs

Space costs and space related costs can be recorded and billed on a daily basis, according to the costs-by-cause principle. The settlement can be generated completely and will be forwarded to the user by email or via the portal. For the invoicing the invoice data are transferred to a ERP system.
