Budgets

The module 'Budgets' enables the setting, the targeted use and the monitoring of financial funds. The management of funds from different funding sources (companies, European Community, federal, district) is supported under consideration of different budgetary years.

For the editing and updating of financial funds Servalino offers features for the increasing or decreasing of plan targets, the reclassification and the transfer of funds to the next accounting period.

A reference can be assigned to each budget item. For example can funds be restricted to a certain building project or to certain activity types. In this way, the appropriate use of funds is ensured.

Orders, addendums and invoices are correctly accounted and assigned to selected accounts or subaccounts.

Extensive evaluations and business graphics concerning the usage of funds are available for the controlling department.
